About Tara Hunter

Tara is the daughter of Greg and brings with her many years of experience in a senior property management roll. Having worked in the Western Suburbs and most recently the Peel region after building her own home just south of Mandurah, Tara has a vast experience of many different rental markets and market conditions. Tara has a strong focus on providing quality and honest customer service, whether it be to landlords, tenants or tradesmen. Phone calls and emails are always returned the same day, and she is available outside of regular office hours and weekends. With a great understanding of the residential tenancy act and any required legislation, you have peace of mind that everything is being done as it should be. Tenant selection is very important and something Tara takes very seriously, the wrong tenant can cause a lot of damage to your property and create a lot of stress for you as the owner as well as expense, very thorough checks are done to ensure the best quality tenant is selected and don't forget, you have the final say!
